Hi, I'm Robin.
Because I know that you are the expert in your own story, my aim is to provide a kind and collaborative space that helps you identify and work towards your own personal wellbeing goals.
I believe that therapy can be casual, friendly, and productive — and my aim is to create a safe space where you can show up as your authentic self, feel unjudged, and be warmly supported. Whether we're tackling stress, anxiety, depression, burnout, perinatal mental health, self-esteem, relational challenges, emotional regulation, or life changes, I look forward to joining you in your pursuit of healing and growth.
I work with teens (17+) and individual adults. Coming from a trauma-informed, client-centred, and humanistic approach, I believe in exploring each person's story, strengths, and capacity for change — attending to your individual needs in a way that genuinely fits you. I encourage open and honest communication throughout our work, including feedback if something doesn't feel right.
I draw from a range of evidence-based modalities including Strengths-Based Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy. Together, we'll work to build skills and identify the outcomes that matter most to you.
I hold a Master's degree in Applied Disability Studies — specialized training that deeply informs my work with neurodivergent clients, including those navigating ADHD, autism, and related experiences. I also have a particular interest in perinatal mental health. As a mother myself, I understand the challenges that can accompany the perinatal period and beyond, and the value of feeling genuinely supported through those experiences.
I offer therapy in English, in-person in Westboro, Ottawa, and virtually across Ontario.
Hi, I'm Yasmine Derdour.
I support teens (13+) and adults navigating anxiety, ADHD, relationship challenges, academic stress, and questions of identity and belonging. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or misunderstood — you don't have to go through it alone.
My approach is gentle, collaborative, and client-centred. I'm especially passionate about working with second-generation immigrants and students navigating the balance between cultural expectations, personal goals, and mental health. I offer therapy in both English and French, and I strive to create a space where you can explore freely and feel empowered to grow.
I hold a Master's in Counselling Psychology from the University of Ottawa, where I completed a thesis on the experiences of second-generation immigrant youth in schools.
Outside of therapy, I love cooking, painting, reading, and writing — creative outlets that help me stay grounded and inspired.
I'd be honoured to support you on your path toward healing and self-discovery. I offer therapy in English and French, in-person in Westboro, Ottawa, and virtually across Ontario.
Hi, I'm Lovpreet Grewal.
I offer virtual therapy to adults (18+) experiencing anxiety, depression, OCD, identity struggles, and relationship difficulties. Life can feel incredibly overwhelming at times — and I believe therapy should be a safe, powerful space where you feel truly seen, understood, and supported.
My approach is warm, down-to-earth, and collaborative. I integrate evidence-based strategies to help you build emotional awareness, manage difficult thoughts and feelings, and move toward a life that genuinely aligns with your values.
I'm passionate about working with individuals from diverse backgrounds and proud to offer therapy in both English and Punjabi. I hold a Master's in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University and a Bachelor's in Psychology (Specialization) from Concordia University.
Outside of therapy, I recharge by walking my dog Toby, enjoying a cup of chai, and spending quality time with friends and family.
If you're looking for a supportive space to heal and grow, I'd be honoured to work with you. I offer virtual therapy across Ontario in English and Punjabi.
